HVAC Installer – Sarasota/Manatee Local HVAC Company Tremendous Growth Potential!
We are looking for someone with experience in the HVAC industry who specializes in Installation of new HVAC units with new construction and swap-outs. Extremely detailed oriented with great written and communication skills along with a professional appearance. We believe in doing the right thing the first time, always with a customer is first mentality! We don’t do things because that’s the way it’s always been done, we do it right and go a step above and want to Change the Game!
In this role you will report to the Production Manager.
PERKS & COMPENSATION
Pay Range from $25-$32/hr. based on experience and skillset.
Overtime & Commission available.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school or apprenticeship program completion is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, particularly in new construction.
EPA Certification required. NATE certification is a plus.
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams.
Ability to use all equipment, tools and testing equipment used in HVAC
Knowledge of heating and air conditioning troubleshooting
Good physical condition and ability to work in extreme temperatures
Detail Oriented and takes tremendous pride in their work.

Service Titan knowledge a huge plus – We require everyone to use Service Titan on every call with photos, measurements, notes, etc.
Must have own set of personal hand tools
Clean background and driving record
Work hours, approximately 7:30-4:00pm but can change in this industry daily sometimes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new residential and commercial construction projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accurate installation.
Test installed systems for proper functionality and compliance with local and national codes.
Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems during and after installation.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Work closely with construction crews, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and time spent on projects.
Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
