We are hiring a Brand Accountant who will be responsible for:

  • Processing Accounts Payable transactions, including obtaining appropriate approvals/documentation, verifying coding, and data entry into the accounting system.
  • Initiating payments based on vendor payment terms
  • Researching, analyzing and resolving accounting issues in a timely manner
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Accounts Receivable processing of cash receipts including verifying coding, data entry, and handling incoming wires and ACH payments
  • Assisting in calculation, invoicing and application of royalties
  • Involvement in projects related to process automation and improvement
  • Completing ad-hoc projects/tasks as requested


  • 6 months – 2 years of accounts payable/receivable experience
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily duties
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a broader team
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of accounting concepts
  • Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting software packages

Work Environment:

This job operates in an office environment and relies on the Office 365 tools.

Position Type/Expected hours worked:

This is a full-time in office position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flexible start/end times) unless otherwise specified.  Regular, punctual and consistent attendance is required.

Preferred Experience:

Accounting or Finance degree
