Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with Account Executive, Regional Service Manager, and others in a collaborative team atmosphere to drive product revenues
  • Grow services revenue across all Cassling customers 
  • Understand, communicate, and position the value of the Cassling services and solutions portfolio – existing and new
  • Identify multi-vendor service opportunity and create program with customer and manage programs
  • Ability to travel, often spending multiple consecutive days and nights away from home
  • Attend sales and training meetings with sales and service personnel
  • Attend appropriate local, state, and national seminars, sales meetings, trade shows, and conventions
  • Must be willing to provide the following information to hospitals upon request: immunization records, drug screening, background check, training records
  • As an integral part of all Cassling business functions, interacts with employees, customers, and vendors as part of a team to assist with and facilitate the delivery of quality service and helps to create a work environment conducive to solving problems
  • Required to remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace policy
  • Have a firm grasp on the sales process and how to properly implement various sales strategies at appropriate times with different customers
  • Call on and consult with (by mail, phone and in person) accounts in designated territory, promoting the sale of Cassling's services, and advising them on appropriate needs and problems
  • Increase service revenues through the sale of service agreements, billable service, parts, and other programs that support equipment sales activities
  • Understand the quoting process for the Medical Imaging products
  • Develop a strategy to secure the installed base and convert competitive accounts
  • Create, with the support of management, a personal and professional development plan and take the initiative in its completion
  • Achieve / exceed assigned market sales quota
  • Have a firm grasp on the sales process and how to properly implement various sales strategies at appropriate times with different customers
  • Develop a comprehensive service sales marketing plan that targets the existing and potential customer base
  • Assist in developing creative sales programs and make both verbal and written presentations when required
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain records of individual accounts
  • Manage expenses and discounts to improve bottom line
  • Generate strategic service renewal business in Cassling Midwest, developing plans and    strategies for named accounts.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

  • Good oral, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Willing and able to work beyond a normal, 40-hour work week, with irregular working hours, sustaining whatever effort is necessary to get the job done

Education & Experience

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with senior leadership as a thought leader
  • Creative problem solver that identifies new and innovative ways to growth the business
  • Healthcare industry knowledge required
