Position Description:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction, as well as driving additional revenues from existing clients. You will be focused on building customer relationships, needs-based selling, communicating over the phone/webinar and in person, and tracking all information in CRM.  The candidate must be able to work interdependently at a fast pace in a high-tech company.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:
• Perform scheduled business reviews for all clients including on-site executive reviews with strategic clients
• Critical accounts assessment and follow-up
• Customer education through webinars, newsletters, demos and onsite visits
• Solution improvement through consultative analysis and technical update campaigns
• Project management of changes requested by clients by coordinating the efforts of customer support, implementation, engineering, finance, and legal departments to exceed customer satisfaction and maintain profitability
• Increase revenue from existing customer base by driving current volume as well as suggesting additional products through needs based selling and contract renewals
• Drive new product development by monitoring market trends and leveraging existing expertise along with new vendor opportunities
• Identify and facilitate creation case studies, testimonials, referrals for sales and marketing teams

Requirements:
• Passion for customer service and relationship building
• Understanding of “needs-based” selling processes and techniques
• Experience building relationships with and selling to all levels of decision-makers
• Strong background in Windows based applications
• Quick learner with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Highly motivated, engaging, and polished communication skills
• Demonstrates high level of initiative and self-motivation

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related degree

•Industry knowledge in Home Healthcare / Hospice Care

•Familiar with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) processing
• Familiarity with document management, storage or scanning

Travel: Limited (up to 10%)
