The role of an Office Administrative Assistant generally includes warmly greeting clients and visitors, answering phones (taking messages and routing calls, schedule appointments, and maintain calendar, organize office events), maintaining files, managing and distributing information, ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day office operations, and other duties as assigned (resourcefulness, anticipate business needs, writing, typing, editing documents, filing, copying, binding, emailing, etc.).
