- Previous High Volume Accounts Payable experience
- Basic Excel Experience
- Manufacturing AP experience a plus, but not required
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to communicate with vendors and employees
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy
- Review vendor invoices to determine if sales taxes are correct
- Use Company System to match A/P invoices with electronic Purchase Orders
- Enter Accounts Payable Invoices/Scan paid invoices
- Print and mail checks
- High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year experience
