Description

:

• Previous High Volume Accounts Payable experience 
• Basic Excel Experience
• Manufacturing AP experience a plus, but not required
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to communicate with vendors and employees

Duties:

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy 
• Review vendor invoices to determine if sales taxes are correct 
• Use Company System to match A/P invoices with electronic Purchase Orders
• Enter Accounts Payable Invoices/Scan paid invoices
• Print and mail checks
• High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year experience
