SALES DIRECTOR ROLE - BRAIN BALANCE ACHIEVEMENT CENTERS

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Marketing and sales strategies to drive enrollment
Manage scheduling (Conduct parent interactions/enrollment meetings)
Following up with prospective families
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in sales or ability to navigate specific calls to action, navigate questions/concerns and problem solve.
Experience working with children with special needs (ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, defiance, learning disabilities, etc.) is a PLUS!
Excellent communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Genuine interpersonal skills
Above average EQ
2-5 Years Management Experience or Equivalent
Ability to "read people", see big picture and adapt on the fly
Must be well-spoken and possess soft people skills
