Education Express is more than just a childcare. Upon entering one of our facility in LaVista, it is immediately apparent that the children we care for are like family.  Each child is appreciated for their individuality and encouraged to grow and explore at their own pace.  We have child care programs for Infants, Toddlers and Preschool, as well as offering before- and after-school child care and transportation. Applicants will possess the following qualities:

• Self-motivated and a strong work ethic
• Be punctual and have good attendance
• Excellent communication skills with parents and staff
• Applicants must be professional in appearance
• Engage children using artwork, incorporating music time, reading and other activities
• Responsive to the individual needs of infants; providing a safe and nurturing environment

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pass a Nation Wide background check,
• Pass child abuse/ Neglect check
• Pass a sex offender check
• Speak, read, and write English fluently
• CPR and First Aid Certifications, or willing to obtain
• Basic technology skills (e.g. email, tablet or iPad use)

Preferred   

• Early childhood education experience
