Description

The Servants of Mary are seeking a part-time maintenance and repair worker who will assist in daily maintenance of a large business and residential building.  Duties include but are not limitied to  changing of furnace filters, light bulbs, minor plumbing repair, moving of furniture and some drywall patching and painting.

This position also includes some snow removal and lawn care.

All duties are assigned and supervised by the on-site Maintenance Engineer.

Hours and wage are determined at the time of hire.
