Responsible for providing data support to SecureCare. This full-time position will have responsibility for understanding systems, retrieving data, performing analytics, interacting with internal and external stakeholders and developing insightful reporting as part of our growing team.


  • Perform quantitative and statistical analysis in support of projects and initiatives
  • Utilize data mining tools, including SQL, XML, IDEA, Excel, and Tableau to provide meaningful analytics to complex problems and large datasets
  • Analyze large data populations for unusual activity, data integrity and to facilitate analysis objectives
  • Create automated routines to produce analytics and dashboards
  • Understand data sources (systems) to effectively extract information relevant to assigned objectives
  • Works both independently and with team members to manage assignments
  • Assist in the development of new reports and dashboards
  • Identify infrastructure enhancements and data gaps which can drive process improvements
  • Participate in discussions and work groups on objectives, analysis and identifying results
  • Assist in the preparation of analysis reports
  • Perform supervision of projects of limited complexity to gain leadership experience
  • Interact with external IT consultants and business partners on data import and database management projects

Education & Experience:

  • Four-year college degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science or other business-related discipline is preferred
  • Two to three years of related experience
  • Experience in advanced analytics, modeling and statistics
  • Healthcare-related experience a plus
  • Familiar with concepts of data dictionaries, data catalogs, data and data warehouses
  • Willingness to seek out and learn new analytics tools and capabilities to improve overall quality, performance, and efficiency
  • Utilize cloud-based analytics tools to automate and improve efficiencies and outcomes
  • Working knowledge of data analysis software, good understanding of data systems and data query and coding language methods, such as SQL, XML, Access, IDEA, Amazon Web Services a plus
  • Familiar with both SQL and NoSQL query concepts
  • Knowledge of Great Plains accounting software a plus
  • Experience with document and report generating tools and visual analytics a plus (IDEA/Tableau)
  • Perform  assignments with supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to critically assess, drive action and deliver meaningful results in a high-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to be organized and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments in order to meet deadlines; seek direction as appropriate
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, teamwork and flexibility to assist  in meeting organizational goals
  • Able to consolidate information from a variety of sources and present information clearly and concisely
