Set up, operate, maintain, and monitor Cryovac pouching machine
Assemble equipment, program printers, and calibrate scales and/or metal detectors
Inspect intermediate packaging, print quality, and machine outputs
Check and monitor product temperature, holding tank volume, batching tank volume, and lot coding
Using a hand scoop distribute a portioned amount of ingredients into a hopper feed system.
Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using company approved marking tools and system.
Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
Perform inspections and record inspection information on appropriate forms.
Report inventory and equipment problems to the appropriate personnel.
Other duties as assigned by the Soup Room Supervisor, Production Manager, or Plant
