Nebraska Home Pediatrics is unlike any other practice in Omaha. The company was founded by a working mother of four who understands the importance of work-life balance. Family should always, and will always, come first at NHP.
We have high standards for our team members, especially for the leaders. The leadership team knows that in order for NHP to be successful they need to give the team members the resources to succeed. The culture will be different than most other companies you have worked in as the team members tell leadership what they need to be successful and the leadership will actually listen and support the team members.
Nebraska Home Pediatrics is fully invested in their employees. Every employee will be eligible for profit sharing every year. When the company does well then the employees will be financially rewarded for the team’s success on an annual basis.
Nebraska Home Pediatrics believes in evidenced based medicine. The culture that is promoted within Nebraska Home Pediatrics requires employees to have received the initial two rounds of Covid 19 vaccinations and the yearly influenza vaccinations, unless there is a documented medical or religious exemption. We pride ourselves in creating a safe environment for our patients no matter the state of their immune system.
