We are seeking an Inbound Customer Service Agent to join our team at AnswerPro. This is not your typical Call Center position. AnswerPro has been answering calls for over 60 years and many of our agents have been with us for over 20 years because we have created a very rich culture. As a Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will handle inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Typical calls involve message-taking, order entry, ticket sales, and emergency-dispatch for medical, commercial, and government clients. You could also have the opportunity to work from home.
Required education: High school or equivalent.
Required experience: Prefer 3 Years of customer service experience.
