CAREERLINK PRESENTS.... The role of Bilingual Account Manager

A prominent and highly valued Careerlink partner is seeking an Account Manager to assist with managing client relations. The pay range for this position is starting at $30-35k, plus commission/bonuses. This would be a perfect position for someone with customer service experience who is looking to take their career to the next level, or for a new grad looking to get valuable business experience! Typical schedule is M-F 8a-5p; position is in office.

Duties will include:

• Maintain and foster client relationships
• Meets with new clients to establish relationship 
• Sets up and aids in new account process
• Performs walk-throughs of new accounts with clients
• Assists in preparing data for quality review

What you need to bring to the table: 

• Candidates must be Spanish/English bilingual
• High School diploma required
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, account management, or similar
• Familiar with Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and readiness to train!
