JOB SUMMARY
Test, diagnose, and repair computer printer/copier equipment and their assemblies. Provide technical phone support on a wide variety of printers/copiers.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Test, diagnose, and repair electronic and mechanical equipment
- Provide technical phone support to field service technicians and customers
- Earn manufacture product certification through training as assigned
- Complete necessary paperwork for equipment/parts being repaired/shipped
- Effective organizational skills
- Work in a team environment, and across departments
EXPERIENCE
- One year or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Strong electronic and mechanical ability
Education & Knowledge Required
Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or experience in the field of computer printer/copier repair.
Physical Requirements:
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
