The Technical Product Manager owns the requirements, specifications and the development timeline for all Best Bison platform products, and ensures that all releases are scoped appropriately, scheduled efficiently, and released with minimal problems affecting our end users.
The Technical Product Manager is responsible for the following activities and outcomes:
§ Participate in feature concept development and definition
§ Conduct or manage the creation of requirements documentation and specifications
§ Co-lead scope definition and management with the Chief Operating Officer
§ Serve as guiding authority on functional details of the feature implementation
§ Manage the engineering schedule, conduct product release planning for all Best Bison products, and communicate release planning details to the Best Bison team.
§ Conduct or oversee feature release validation, to ensure that anticipated features are released as envisioned and designed.
§ Provide technical support to the Training & Support team, as needed.

§ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field
§ 5+ years of requirements management, app development, and QA experience with web and mobile apps
§ 5+ years of technical project leadership experience
§ Strong proficiency with agile software development methodologies.
The Technical Product Manager reports to Best Bison’s Chief Operating Officer and collaborates closely with Hugo Enterprises Information Technology team.
