For 30+ yrs. we’ve specialized in residential and commercial reconstruction, insurance restoration and remodeling. We’re a 2010 & 2013 Integrity Award recipient, proud to earn customer and employee trust.   This position is key to our growth and this person will be involved in all aspects of our business. Our current person will be retiring and can assist in onboarding.

Here are a few of the key responsibilities:
• Accounting using QuickBooks Pro; from entry through financial statement prep including A/R, A/P and cash management; will make collection calls
• Payroll; all facets
• Business management including costing, overhead and expense management
• Work with President & Field leaders on subcontractor, vendor and insurance issues, selecting, reporting & performance management
• Preparing various reports, analysis and information as needed or requested
• Various projects to assess and make changes/improvements in all areas
 
Requirements for this position include:
- Person seeking a career role in a small business with key responsibilities & accountabilities
- Work from our office at 6727 North 56th
- Desire 4 year degree with emphasis in accounting; 2 year degree w/substantial experience can be considered
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have deep experience with QuickBooks, EXCEL and utilize other software such as MarketSharp to produce reliable info/reports, etc.
- Experience handling all aspects of payroll/payroll reporting & accounting; entry through financial statement prep required
- Construction/costing and experience highly desired preferably with residential restoration/remodeling; working with insurance companies
- Small office management experience; understanding of regulations and benefit programs desired
- Work style that is detailed, organized and reliable
- Good business sense with a passion for progress; able to research, analyze and make prudent decisions
- A work ethic that is above reproach
- Energy to do what it takes in a small business
