Job Description

  • Hybrid full-time position with ability for promotion

  • Experience in at least one of following fields is required: event/wedding coordination, event/wedding design, event/wedding production

  • Brief description of the position: assist the Events Director and other members of management with any and all aspects of event logistics, event design and event production that is deemed necessary as well as marketing and back office administration for the company

  • Duties of the position are as follows, but not limited to: logistics work for all types of events, creations of venue layouts/designs, coordination/communication with clients and vendors, back office administration (ex: creating Excel/Google Drive documents and spreadsheets, budgeting, human resources, etc), event production and event striking, banquet staff management, and bartending staff management

  • Hours for busy season: Monday-Sunday approximately 40 hours

  • Hours for slow season: Monday-Sunday approximately 20 hours

  • Must have some availability during the day/early evening Monday-Thursday

  • Must be fully available Friday-Sunday (will require early morning at late nights at times)
