Digital Product Specialist

Do you have excellent Customer Service skills?  Do you enjoy working on computers?  Do you want to work in fun, thriving environment?  If you answered yes to these questions, then the Digital Product Specialist position is for you!

Our Digital Product Specialists are responsible for responding to internet inquiries and interacting with customers to assist in selling vehicles.  This is a Customer Service position, not sales!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer internet leads in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Establish rapport with customers and set appointments.
  • Answer customer questions as related to the product(s).
  • Keep current on all new products, features and accessories with the represented brand(s).
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

 

Requirements:

  • High School diploma ore equivalent is required; higher education preferred
  • Strong Customer Service, Communication and Computer skills
  • Eager and self-motivated, this position comes with a bonus opportunity
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements
