Generation Hope is currently hiring 2 full time mental health professionals for our busy Omaha agency. Generation Hope focuses on breaking the cycle of violence in our community, and within families, by focusing on treating surviors of domestic violence, sexual assault and other traumas.

Job Description: Qualified candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, reliability, consistency, computer/electronic medical record understanding, be highly organized with exceptional time management skills, and have the ability to multi-task. Candidates should also possess the ability to work independently without the need to be micromanaged and be proficient in clinical knowledge and understanding. 

Job Responsibilities:  Qualified candidates will be responsible for assessment, coordination of care, and treatment planning. Participation in weekly, biweekly or monthly supervision based on licensure. Utilization of treatment tracking measures to assess the client's goals and symptoms. Attending management, treatment team meetings, court, and staff meetings. Participating in CEUs and in-service trainings. Maintaining client files and documenting coordination of care. Provide in-home, in-school, and in-office treatment based on the needs of the clients we serve.

Compensation:  A full-time mental health professional billing 24 sessions per week has the potential to earn a yearly salary betwen $45,000-$65,000 based on education, licensure, experience, and work performance.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in a mental health field and have a minimum licensure of PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP.
