Position Description: Administrative Assistant
Reports To: ASI president
Location: Work from home position
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting ASI president with QuickBooks entries, month end reports and other projects directly related to the growth and development of the clients ASI serves.
Minimum Position Qualifications
Education Associates degree in accounting or similar business experience.
Experience Minimum of three years administrative office experience, experience in booking tasks preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing workflow with the ability to multi-task. Has the ability to set priorities, identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently, ability to work independently with little supervision. Demonstrates reliability, maintains confidentiality. Communicate effectively with ASI President, ASI clients and ASI staff both written and verbal. Coordinate and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and QuickBooks; accepts delegation of tasks.
