It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work onsite for three (3) or more days a week and will have a dedicated workspace when working onsite. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

Summary of The Job:

 

SCHEDULE DETAILS: 24hrs Per Week/ 3 days a week occurring Monday Through Friday Between 7:30am & 5pm.1 day needed onsite the other 2 days can work remotely

Admin Responsibilities

  • General administrative tasks for FNTS employees
    • Scheduling meetings/conference rooms
    • Coordinating lunches/roundtable breakfasts/meals for visitors
    • Coordinating visitors with security
    • Coordinating tours with FNB Buildings
    • Distributing mail
    • Coordinating shipping of packages
  • Ensure New Hire onboarding work is completed - facilitate new hire activities
    • Initiate sending of new employee equipment post background check clearing.   Ensuring everything needed is sent, boxed and properly protected for shipping, insured, tracked and arrives as expected.  
  • Ensure offboarding process completed for departing employees
    • Preparing labels and tracking the return of former employee FNTS assets (laptop, phone, misc equipment) timely.
  • Tracking offboarding of employees to ensure these tickets are completed timely.     
  • Perform Service Catalog updates throughout the year; coordinate with marketing on publishing updates
  • Assist ERC with coordination of events
  • Prepare Motivosity reports for quarterly Awards
  • Coordinate Emergenetics sessions for new employees; and current staff throughout the year
  • Assist with scheduling meetings with Executive Leadership
  • Assist with travel coordination with Executive Leadership
  • Assist Executive Leadership with expense reports
  • Collect board report information quarterly and prepare final board report for distribution
  • Assist Service Account Managers with collecting report information and distribution

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

 

 

Required Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED required

2. MS Office suite proficiency required

3. 3 Years of Administration experience and Basic PC and Office Equipment skills

4. Billing and Invoice experience

5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Excellent multitasking skills and self driven professional
