It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work remotely 100% of the time and will share a hoteling workspace if/when working onsite, as determined by business needs. The incumbent can work remotely from anywhere in the United States. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

About this Role:

 

 

The Microsoft 365 Product Manager has an opportunity to directly influence the direction and roadmap for the FNTS Public Cloud services that provide value to FNTS' customers. This position is responsible for the technical direction, organizational delivery, and the customer experience associated with the Microsoft 365 product lines. This individual is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the organization in order to ensure expertise in delivering MS365 products and services. By applying comprehensive and in-depth working knowledge of systems design and analysis, the Microsoft 365 Product Manager mentors staff in technical concepts, practices, and procedures related to the design and delivery of technology and customer experience. This role is also responsible for managing and monitoring the day-to-day activities associated with delivering the products and services to the customer, including but not limited to, customer relations, support, technology, and architecture standards, and successfully managing technical projects.

This position is available for remote work as long as employee is located within the US. An occasional trip to Omaha for team building may be required for this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and service delivery direction for Microsoft 365 products.
• Provide sales support as it relates to designing solutions, licensing, pricing, and optimization of Microsoft 365
• Deeply understand customer needs and evangelize them with a wide set of partners
• Solve complex problems strategically with results-driven execution
• Lead initiatives through close collaboration with different teams and external partners
• Advocate product richness and distill customer feedback for product roadmap
• Proactively identify risks, issues, blockers and plans to facilitate growth
• Constantly retrospect, prioritize and course correct to optimize for success
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the technical staff in Microsoft 365 related technical environment
• Provide Microsoft 365 architecture best practices
• Keep abreast of Microsoft product feature releases
• Propose rollout plans for new product features
• Manage the technical planning and execution of Microsoft 365 projects.

Job Qualifications- Must be eligible to work in the US and can not require sponsorship

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Microsoft 365 product expertise
• Microsoft 365 design expertise
• Microsoft 365 licensing expertise
• Microsoft 365 pricing expertise
• Expertise in Microsoft products including Exchange, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Yammer, and Azure AD
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Passion for building great customer experiences.
• Deep customer & user empathy, and ability to identify customer needs
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & cross-group skills
• Exceptional problem solving, strategic thinking and technical skills
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal direction
• Track record of designing complex, large Microsoft 365 transformation programs including hybrid configuration and IAM integration
• Hands-on expertise in working with complex Active Directory infrastructure environments
• Expertise in coordination and escalation to Microsoft support and ability to coordinate with first- and third-party software vendors as needed for resolution of business-impacting problems
• Managed Service Provider experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft information Barriers, Defender, and DLP Policies.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Aware of best practice security approaches for information protection in a cloud environment
• Able to present business cases, strategies, and solutions to management and customers
• Excellent customer service

• The ability to interact with external customers and to put their request into workable solutions.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, while still developing tactical plans.
• Demonstrate a consultative approach with the ability to analyze team member and customer's needs.

• High level of discipline in process and approach
• Must be a collaborative leader and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

Compensation:

 

Compensation range (base pay): $101,640.00-$162,392.00

IMPORTANT - This range is for the primary posting location of: Work at Home - Nebraska

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
