Job Overview:
This is an Analyst II position that includes working with technology professionals as part of the Application Support Team. The key areas of focus for this role revolve around monitoring, capacity management, and process workflow/improvement. The Application Support Team is responsible for maintaining core applications within FNTS. These applications include ticketing system, monitoring platforms, accounting system, etc. Along with these applications, this role supports various processes including change management, client communication and standard reporting.

The analyst duties include but are not limited to:

Manage and maintain FNTS monitoring systems
Manage and maintain monitoring alerting and reporting
Work on assigned operational tickets
Daily support of FNTS internal applications
Daily support of FNTS customer facing applications
Support of standard reporting

Job Qualifications

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent number of years of experience
Experience with monitoring systems, alerting and reporting
Basic knowledge of monitoring Microsoft Windows Servers, Redhat Linux Servers, and Cisco Networking
Fluent in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Customer service oriented
Troubleshooting skills
Continuous commitment to learning and improving
Comprehensive verbal and written communication in business and technical context
Strong intrapersonal skills, including teamwork
Candidates for this position much show attention to detail, be willing to work in a collaborative environment, and be willing to work on assigned tasks to support day-to-day operations for the Application Support Team
Enjoys working in a dynamic technical environment
Basic understanding of process workflow

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous application support experience, including system monitoring and ServiceNow
Familiar with ITIL principles and methodology
Experience with monitoring and/or capacity management

Other Requirements:
Travel may be required to support various projects
Weekend and evening work may be required, at times
