Key Responsibilities:
Perform reporting functions as required or requested by customer
Work with co-workers on becoming familiar with systems through working tickets and participating in projects
Support in case of incidents / problems not solvable by Ops
Preparation of special activities (DR, time change)
Maintenance and configuration of ISV-Products
CA FAQS/PCS maintenance tasks (calendar, return codes, files)
CA FAQS/PCS scheduling of Batches (ME, QE, YE, Specials)
CA FAQS/ASO monitoring and commands
Write and maintain system documentation
After hours and weekend support are required, as needed




Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
z/VSE Concepts (POWER, Classes, Partitions. CICS, ICCF, Printer, TCP/IP, VTAM, FTP)
z/VM Concepts (CP, CMS, User Maintenance, Guest System Management
ISV-Skill: CA FAQS/ASO, CA FAQS/PCS, CA DYNAM or EPIC, RPG-II, COB, DFSORT, various small z/VSE CA products
z/VSE and z/VM Editing skills
z/OS Concepts (JES2, SDSF, TSO, RACF)
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentations)
