Responsibilities:

  • Work with end users to identify, design, and implement enhancements to Salesforce applications
  • Gather requirements, design, and implement integration solutions among Omaha National core systems
  • Administer Omaha National applications including Salesforce, Policy Management, Claims Management, and Office 365
  • Set up equipment and applications for new users
  • Implement enhancements to the company website
  • Perform a broad variety of duties in the context of a new, growing company

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an Object-Oriented language such as Java or C#
  • Experience in web development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Understanding of database concepts
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, including the ability to interact with non-technical users to resolve issues, gather requirements, and test solutions
  • Strongly collaborative, ego-free work style; fit into a culture in which people genuinely enjoy working together.
  • The following areas of experience are useful but not mandatory:
    • Salesforce development
    • Salesforce administration
    • Networking concepts
    • SQL database development
    • Web services development
    • Cloud-based development environments such as Azure, AWS, Heroku, etc.
    • Integration platform development environments such as Dell Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft, etc.
    • WordPress
  • It is not expected that the candidate will have knowledge or experience in all areas, so candidates must have:
    • A high desire to learn new technologies
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • The ability to work independently
