Flywheel is looking for an energetic Inside Sales Rep to represent our brand and help potential clients discover all the wonderful ways our platform can help them grow their business. You’ll be responsible for managing a pipeline, interacting with prospective customers, and proactively contributing to our company’s revenue goals.

Everyone at Flywheel comes from a diverse background, so we aren’t necessarily looking for someone with strict sales experience. We’re simply looking for someone who wants to join our hungry team of sales reps to represent our brand and help more agencies discover why Flywheel is the best WordPress platform in the world.

  • You have impressive verbal and written communication skills
  • You can adapt to different conversations and situations in an engaging way
  • You have a desire to help people solve problems and a strong sense of empathy for their needs
  • You’ve got terrific consultative selling skills and feel confident that you could convince potential customers, help them overcome objections, and easily articulate the value of Flywheel
  • You’re attentive, detailed, and focused on crafting relationships with clients
  • You have experience working with small business owners, marketers, execs, and decision-makers
  • You have a strong sense of honesty and accountability
OUR IDEA OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE IS SOMEONE WHO...
  • You have previous sales experience (preferably with a inside sales team)
  • You have experience working with a CRM to manage a pipeline
  • You are passionate about new technology and understand the value of great design
THIS ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR...
  • Fielding inbound inquiries from potential clients
  • Building relationships, an important aspect of Flywheel and a huge part of what makes us different from our competitors
  • Juggling a pipeline of qualified leads and moving them through the sales cycle
  • Chatting with customers and coming up with custom solutions
  • Drafting up proposals and other sweet sales materials to help close deals
