Summary

To assist the office staff in daily activities by performing the following duties.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist Project Managers and office staff with daily administrative tasks;
  • Create company memos and other documents;
  • Assist with getting contracts, bids and other important project documents done in a timely manner;
  • Schedule meetings and events;
  • Learn company software and work with Microsoft Office products on a daily basis;
  • Assist with company projects;
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

 

  • Must be actively enrolled in school working towards completing college
  • Must be pursuing a degree in business administration, office administration or related field
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must have a valid Nebraska Driver’s License
  • Pre-employment Drug and Back Screening
  • Pre-employment Background Check
  • Ability to complete the I-9 requirements to work in the US
  • Ability to meet the hours and business commitment required

 

 

Condition of Employment:

  • Candidate is required to meet the above qualifications, task frequency and PPE requirements.  Approval of pre-employment reference & background checks, and post offer drug/alcohol testing with back screens (if required) are required as conditions of employment.  This also applies to all transfers, fit-for-duty and return to work programs.
