PRIMARY FUNCTION: Incumbent works under the direction of an assigned Supervisor or designee, organizing and performing secretarial and clerical support duties for Health Department (DCHD) staff in an assigned Section or Program.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. One (1) year of secretarial experience required. Experience/training in database, statistical and/or graphics software preferred. Must type forty (40) net words per minute. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
*Approved education beyond high school may be substituted for work experience requirements on a year-for-year basis.
