Lindsay Corporation is searching for an Electronics Hardware Engineer to join the Olathe, KS Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely completion of assigned projects related to hardware development. The Electronics Hardware Engineer will be accountable for product support, product enhancements and project management. If you have a desire to learn and apply your analog and digital knowledge you will be successful in this role. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all projects assigned and complete in a timely manner
• Responsible for maintaining designs through an ever-changing electronic component landscape
• Responsible for product support and product enhancements
• Communicate effectively with team and provide timely updates on assigned projects
• Knowledge of power supplies, analog, digital and RF circuitry
  • Altium schematic and board layout knowledge
  • Knowledge of intentional radiator (RF) design
  • Knowledge of high-speed circuitry and interfacing with data and memory systems
  • Test equipment knowledge such as oscilloscope, DVM, spectrum analyzer and load testers
• Board level and system testing
  • Python scripting a plus
• Product validation plan development and execution
• Project Management and reporting
• Other duties as assigned for product design completion

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering
• Knowledge of schematic capture and layout
• Strong communication skills
• Internship or prior work in embedded electronics business
• Good organizational skills and ability to problem solve independently
