Position Description

Lindsay Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with heavy experience in executive recruiting. This individual will lead the corporate global salaried talent acquisition program at Lindsay and partner with assigned remote locations in driving human resources initiatives.  If you thrive in a fast paced environment, high growth company and high accountability culture, this is the opportunity for you. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an effective global salaried talent acquisition program that is aligned with the needs of the business.
  • Recommend new approaches to candidate evaluation to strive for high quality hires in all positions
  • Manage external resources in support of an effective salaried talent acquisition program and make improvements as needed.
  • Build and rollout applicable training programs for hiring managers
  • Develop and maintain effective recruitment marketing initiative to ensure we have the ability to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage relocation vendor and program
  • Manage visa vendor and program
  • Build and manage intern program
  • Lead DE&I recruitment initiatives

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelorâ??s degree, MBA is a plus
  • Five or more years of business experience, to include heavy emphasis in executive recruiting
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results  
  • Ability to travel to other company locations up to 20%
  • Public company experience and/or multinational company experience a plus
