Milan Laser is growing again looking for a highly professional individual to join our Client Relations team. This team works in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of incoming calls, emails and chat request from both existing and prospective clients. This is a challenging role with a truly exceptional working environment. Our team of fun, yet highly polished professionals are ready to welcome you to the Milan family!
Your responsibilities will include answering a wide array of questions regarding laser hair removal, current promotions, billing and general customer service. You will also be charged with helping prospective clients book consultations at all of our existing and soon-to-be-open clinics.
Compensation: $15.00-17.00 per hour + potential bonuses
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Required Hours: Our full-time team members typically work five 8 hour days each week. This role will require some flexibility regarding the scheduled days & hours. This department is open weekdays from 8am - 9pm, as well as 9am-6pm on Saturdays & Sundays.
