D3 Banking Technology is offering a Software Quality Assurance Engineer internship opportunity to work with a leading software development organization in the banking industry. The purpose of the internship is to provide meaningful, professional hands-on experience to students with proven academic performance and leadership potential. Interns will have the opportunity for meaningful contributions to the software development group’s business objectives while experiencing personal professional development.

Throughout the course of the internship the Software QA Engineer Intern will get exposure to the QA practices and tools used in testing D3’s digital banking solutions.  

 

Responsibilities:

The Intern will have the opportunity to work on one or multiple of the following types of projects:

  • Collect test requirements from system design and enhancements
  • Design, document and execute well-structured software test cases and procedures
  • Identify and document software defects along with the resolution
  • Other projects as determined by management

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree program in Business, MIS or Computer Science or related field
  • Major GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong desire to learn in an innovative software development environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills
  • Desire for continuous learning
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships in a cross functional team environment
  • Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Proven leadership skills; including involvement in related student organizations
