Outdoor grounds maintenance to include mowing, trimming, planting and fertilizing at all buildings. There will also be a need to perform some other maintenance tasks as assigned. These will include outdoor equipment maintenance and repair, irrigation repair, patching concrete, painting projects, power washing and other outdoor clean up.
