The Customer Support Specialist’s primary objective will be required to provide customer service to those customers and bidders involved within current and previous auctions. The Customer Support Specialist may also be required to perform various duties including but not limited to registering users for auctions and speaking with bidders about inquiries and concerns they may have regarding the auction process. The Customer Support Specialist will also be required to enter information regarding auctions into databases. This position will involve a lot of detailed data entry, customer service and contact with our management and sales staff to assist with the live auction process. Assume other duties as assigned.
