Position Summary:

As our new Electronics Support Technician, you will apply your technical expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot electronics via the phone and e-mail.

As an Electronics Support Technician, you must be:

As an Electronics Support Technician, you will:

  • Respond to customer service calls by
    • Checking indicated points of trouble
    • Diagnosing trouble or defect and determining corrective action
  • Consult with customers on service and repair issues via e-mail and phone calls
  • Work with other departments to ensure a quality customer service experience

As an Electronics Support Technician, you must have:

  • High school diploma or GED, secondary education preferred;
  • Ability/experience reading and interpreting technical literature, schematics, and drawings;
  • Basic understanding of MS Office products
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Technical aptitude, and be familiar with support and troubleshooting electronic video, surveillance, and entertainment systems.
