Radio Engineering Industries, Inc. (REI) is a leading manufacturer of infotainment, video surveillance and fleet management solutions for public transit, rail, school transportation and commercial transportation.  We are continuing to grow our Sales team by adding a motivational Sales Manager.

Position Summary:

As our new Sales Manager, you will apply your exceptional relationship-building and motivational skills to develop the sales team

As a Sales Manager, you must be:

As a Sales Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate, plan and develop the activities of the REI outside sales department. 
  • Track sales by sales rep and department. 
  • Hire, train, and coach sales reps  to perform their daily activities. 
  • Train sales reps on ISO 90001 quality program, and REI software and hardware. 
  • Participate in the formulating and administering of objectives. 
  • Coordinate with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and the President as well as other members of the REI management team to review achievements and implement required changes resulting from discussions. 

As a Sales Manager, you must have:

  • At least three years of progressive sales experience.
  • 2-5 years of sales management experience
  • Working knowledge of consumer electronics and/or software preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required.  Secondary education preferred.
  • Exposure to consultative sales, spin spelling and/or smart selling methodologies preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
