We are seeking an experienced and energetic customer service leader to drive success for REI and our customers. This management role will be responsible for building a world-class customer support team and developing strategies and processes to ensure a high level of customer engagement, satisfaction and retention throughout the customer journey. The position will foster collaboration and coordination among other REI teams to deliver outstanding service, training and technical support to our customers.
