Inbound Customer Support Representative

Realtors Property Resource® is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). It’s headquartered in Chicago, IL with the Customer Support Center located in Omaha, NE. RPR® was created by NAR for the sole purpose of providing REALTORS® with the data they need to meet the demands of their clients and assist them with making complex real estate decisions.  The platform provides comprehensive property data, powerful analytics, and dynamic reports.


RPR® is seeking a candidate who is reliable, energetic, self-motivated, versatile and member focused. This position requires our representatives to utilize all of their resources to provide users with a top-notch, concierge level experience.


Job Duties Include:

  • Take Inbound Interactions ranging from calls, chats, to emails

  • Use CRM software to document all interactions

  • Answer user inquiries in a timely manner

  • Provide users with detailed tutorials regarding navigating the NAR and RPR website and mobile application

  • Troubleshoot any issues users may encounter

  • Escalate tickets, when necessary, for further research and resolution

  • Any other duties assigned per management team


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Real Estate or Call Center Experience ideal but not required

  • Customer Service Background

  • Bilingual is a plus

  • Computer Proficient

  • Detail Oriented

  • Problem Solving

  • Communication Skills

  • Team Player

  • Knowledge Retention
