We are seeking a talented Human Resources Manager* to join ACG in Newport Beach, California.
The HR Manager* within the HR Function will have primary responsibilities for recruiting, onboarding & reductions, training, performance management, and administering compensation and benefits programs. Secondary responsibilities include support for global payroll administration.

 Partners with departments to drive solutions to their human resources needs including understanding business needs and future hiring needs, handling employee matters, and developing the workforce
 Coordinates the employee interview process and onboarding activities
 Partner with internal Legal Counsel to process and prepare documents for VISA sponsorship
 Provide secondary support for ongoing maintenance/coordinate with external provider for US Payroll and global payroll operations

 Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys
 Evaluating compensation policies
 Ensuring that the pay practices comply with state and federal laws and regulations
 Assists with the preparation of the performance review process

 Administering the organizations benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, etc.)
 Partner with Head of Human Resources to make recommendations based on analysis of benefits plans, programs, and policies
 Monitoring government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends
 Working with insurance brokers and benefits careers
 Support external provider with managing the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processes
Job Analysis
 Writing and revising job descriptions
 Determining position classifications
 Preparing and updating salary scales
 Making recommendations to managers regarding job descriptions, salaries, and classifications

 Minimum of 7+ years of HR related experience
 Excellent oral and written communications skills
 Strong analytical capabilities and detail-oriented
 Experience with HR applications and operation of HRIS software preferred.
 Effective time management skills, including ability to prioritize workload to meet key deadlines
 Ability to work independently and self- initiator
 Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Internet fluency.

 Masters or bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR preferred)

*Level will be commensurate with experience.
