As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role by creating and executing high volume recruiting strategies, defining tactics and implementing best practices to identify, attract and hire top talent. Reporting to the AVP, Talent Acquisition, you will lead an in-house team of Talent Acquisition Partners with a focus on leveraging data, analysis and insights that drive recommendations on where to act related to candidate and manager experience, as well as recruiter effectiveness. Partnering with business leaders and Human Resources to develop and implement effective and diverse sourcing strategies across customer service, operations and sales; building talent pipelines for ongoing needs
Providing insight into external talent market and competitive intelligence to deliver the right recruiting strategy.
Owning the candidate experience from start to hire, including internal and external candidates; improve communication throughout the recruiting life cycle.
Effectively managing requisition workload among the Talent Acquisition Partners.
Developing Talent Acquisition Partner team; ensure the team has the competencies and capabilities to adapt to ever changing, growing business needs.
In partnership with AVP, Talent Acquisition, defining and implementing Talent Acquisition Partner key performance indicators and driving accountability.
Diving into data and talking to our customers to identify pain-points in the recruiting process. Then developing the tools and processes needed to reduce burdens and create efficiency.
Champion for driving a new culture of data, analysis and insights in all aspects of the recruiting process.
Responsible for full cycle recruiting for leadership positions.
FACTORS FOR SUCCESS
Bachelors degree in related field preferred
Minimum of 10 years related experience in Talent Acquisition; 3+ years experience driving high volume recruiting initiatives; 2+ years experience leveraging data insights to drive recruitment decisions.
Demonstrated knowledge of multiple recruiting methodologies, including direct sourcing, social networking, employment branding and candidate relationship management.
Demonstrated proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and OFCCP regulations required.
