Position Summary:

Uses consultative sales skills to proactively market the various life insurance products within the RLO channel to existing and potential Producers/Financial Advisors.
This is achieved through lead follow-up, relationship building, and driving own sales plans to help meet and exceed territory production goals. Uses understanding of sales initiatives, business plan, product features, and sales story to support the overall efforts of the Recruiter(s) (FVP/RVP) across the Regional Life Office Channel to develop and grow the market. Manages and develops own farm team of potential producers to increase overall production. Coordinates activities for marketing campaigns, seminars, and special marketing-related projects. Runs basic life insurance illustrations.

  • NASD Series 6/7 Required
  • Strong financial services background, preferably in Life Insurance
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent Financial Industry experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Financial Services/Insurance environment, or equivalent Financial Industry experience
  • Previous life insurance, financial sales, marketing experience preferred
  • Effective verbal communication skills to educate and influence sales
Computer proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
