Job Description

Currently, we are seeking a talented Customer Service Specialist II to join the Life Insurance Division in Aliso Viejo, CA. The Life Insurance Division works with financial and insurance professionals to give families and businesses the life insurance coverage needed to help meet important financial protection, wealth accumulation, and wealth preservation goals.


Responsibilities:
  • Responds to questions and requests from (internal/external) customers
  • Ensures customer requests are completed accurately and timely using the appropriate system/application
  • Builds strong customer relationships, establishing confidence, trust and rapport to ensure customers have a positive experience with Pacific Life.
Factors for Success:
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation with 1-2 years experience in a related customer service role
  • Proven communication skills
  • Demonstrated basic math reasoning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency including basic Microsoft, Work, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to use multiple programs concurrently.
