Job Description

Uses consultative sales skills to proactively market Hybrid Long-Term Care to existing and potential Registered Representatives, including prospecting, cross selling, relationship building and obtaining sales commitments to meet territory sales goals. Uses understanding of sales initiatives and sales ideas  to work in a partnership with Regional Director(s) to keep market share and raise assets in the region(s.)  Provides support to team members within channel and department. FINRA Series 6/7 Required Strong life insurance background, preferably with Long-Term CareUndergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent Financial Industry experience Minimum 2 years experience in an Insurance/Financial Services environment Previous Insurance/Financial sales/marketing experience preferred Effective verbal communication skills to educate and influence sales Computer proficient in Excel and MS Word. Life Insurance license preferred
