Currently, we are seeking a talented Internal Wholesaling Manager to join the Retirement Solutions Division in Omaha, NE. The Retirement Solutions Division leverages its strengths in product development, technology, service and risk management to create retirement solutions for individuals, families, and businesses. With the guidance of financial professionals, customers have access to an array of annuities and mutual funds designed to help grow assets and to provide retirement income for financial independence.
Lead and coach a team of Internal Wholesalers (IWs) within a sales channel who are engaged in proactively marketing annuity, mutual fund, and long term care products, and building professional relationships with registered representatives.
Develop skill levels of the members on your assigned team so that they are performing at the highest level considering both quantitative and qualitative measures.
Build partnering relationships with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Field Wholesalers (FWs) and with other departments to grow sales and market share in our assigned territory.
FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:
FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 License Required
Life Insurance and Variable Products license preferred
Minimum 6 years of sales/marketing experience in a Financial Services environment, including investment background, preferably with Annuities and Mutual Funds
Undergraduate degree in Marketing Economics or Finance, or equivalent Financial Industry experience
Previous management experience preferred
Three to five years experience educating financial advisors on selling and marketing financial services products
Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to create and edit advanced spreadsheets and to utilize word processing (preferably Excel and MS Word 2007)
