Part-Time Customer Service Rep.

We manufacture hydraulic valves and electronic controllers that are sold to distributors and OEM's all around the world. We have designed, manufactured, assembled and tested hydraulic valves for over sixty-five years. Our valves are used on agricultural, construction, mining forestry, and marine equipment.

We are looking for a Part-time customer service representative, preferably with 3+ years expierence in customer service field. Flexable weekday Monday through Friday schedule of 20-25hrs.

Responsiblities Include:

• Enter orders into the computer system to the correct warehouse.
• Send order acknowledgment to customers.
• Print sales orders.
• Check on orders for customers, shipped or in process.
• Expedite sales orders for customers when possible.
• Communicate with the production manager regarding when customers’ orders will be finished.
• Light filing.
• Upload daily sales into the system.
• Provide price and availability.
• Answer inbound phone calls and emails.
• Performs any other duties required by management.

 

RELATIONSHIPS/CONTACTS:

1. Reports directly to the Sales Manager.
2. Under minimal supervision.
3. Reports to human resources for: Any personnel issues

 

INTERNAL:

 

1. Fosters good working relationships with employees.
2. Maintains a harmonious working relationship with all other departments.
3. Co-operates and works well with all personnel within the company.
