PERFECT OPPORTUNITY to join a growing organization in an HR department in this entry level position.  

An important part of our Human Resource team, this role is responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the HR department; provide support to the recruiting and interviewing process, assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees, review and process new hire paperwork, data entry and mainenance of employee files, manage employee training documentation and data entry.  This individual will be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of employee files and is required to maintain knowledge of employment and compliance rules and regulations and to ensure that HR documentation is current and compliant.  The HR Assistant will communicate with employees and answer phone calls and e-mail regarding human resources questions while performing other HR related duties and complete special projects as assigned.

  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • The ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines

Requirements of this position;

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, related field or equivalent experience is strongly preferred
  • At least 2 years experience in human resources or an administrative role that included HR responsibility
  • Must have EXCELLENT data entry, typing, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook skills 
  • Valid drivers license and current liability insurance
  • Transporation to occassionally drive to/from employee worksites as needed
