At Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative, we are passionate about early childhood education.  This commitment goes beyond educational opportunity and offers family support, health, nutrition, mental health, and social services too. With locations in Omaha and Lincoln, our Head Start and Early Head Start programs provide full day care to children from birth through preschool.  

As we grow and strengthen our communities, we are looking for experienced early childhood educators to join in our mission, partnering to become leaders, managers and directors of our early learning locations.  Ideal candidates will have; 

  • Master's Degree in Education (early childhood preferred)
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory role in an early learning center environment


  • Vacation (12 days during 1st year)
  • Sick Pay (12 days during 1st year)
  • Paid Holidays (11 including; 1 floating, Thanksgiving Friday and Christmas Eve)
