The Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative (NECC) seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead all internal operations, including internal capacity building in preparation for expanding the organization’s service offerings in 2019.  The ideal candidate will be mission-minded, a strategic thinker, and bring experience leading a team of senior organizational leaders. 

To be successful in the role, you will need to be a GREAT leader of leaders, a strong strategic thought partner for the CEO, and results oriented with an eye toward efficiency and the bottom line.  Qualified candidates will also have; a bachelor's degree with an advanced degree strongly preferred and at least 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a non-profit setting.

  • Salary of $100k + per year annualized, based on experience
  • PTO (15 days during 1st year, 20 days beginning 1 year anniversary)
