We are currently looking for an SVP Business Development (Commercial Protein) to join our Corporate Business Development team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the Association's business development strategies in the commercial protein segment, specifically focused on beef feedlots and swine producers. Additionally, you’ll provide direct leadership to the Commercial Protein team in the execution of sales, marketing, and credit coaching for agricultural loan products and related services in the designated market areas.
SVP Business Development leaders are accomplished people leaders, comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity, able to implement change management solutions, and excellent communicators who inspire a bold direction.
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 50% as needed. The ideal candidate would preferably reside in Omaha, NE. Candidates in other locations with strong experience in serving this portfolio will also be considered.
